Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Payment Information: A valid payment method is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payment will not be processed until the service is complete. Appointment Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your appointment. Installer Arrival Window: Our installer will arrive within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time. Please ensure that your vehicle or property is ready and accessible during this window. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Changes to your booking can be made up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may incur a service fee. No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, we stand by the quality of our work and will redo the tint if any issues arise within 7 days of service. Lifetime Warranty: Your service comes with a lifetime warranty. If any issues with the tint arise, we offer one free fix. Additional repairs are charged at $50 per window. Service Area: We offer mobile services within our designated service area. If your location is outside this area, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us for details. Custom Orders: Custom tinting requests may require a consultation and a non-refundable deposit. We will communicate any additional lead time during booking.
